"I called your service dept and spoke to John, the service mgr, and described my problem. He made a suggestion to remedy it and I followed his instructions to solve the problem. In this day and age when most businesses want to make service calls, John had me try to solve the problem on my own, which I did.

"I couldn't be happier with my whole buying experience. I looked at and extensively studied not only the New Holland Boomer which I purchased but also compact tractors from Kubota, Massey Ferguson and John Deere. The reality is that they were all good tractors, but the New Holland and Massey Ferguson really stood out as far as the value leaders. The single biggest reason why I decided on New Holland was due to Drew Roemer. Drew worked the hardest to find me the right tractor, at a great price. Drew didn't try to over sell me, or to under sell me something that I wouldn't have been happy with, he just found me exactly what I needed. I never received so much attention from anyone that I've purchased anything from be it a car, truck, outdoor power equipment, you name it as I did from Drew. His attention to details after the sale was complete was far beyond what I anticipated or hoped for and he is truly an asset to not only Capital Tractor but to New Holland. Lastly, I should add that I am just a homeowner that was looking for a tractor to tend to my recently purchased land, I am not someone who comes in and buys a new backhoe or tractor every three years, I'm just a person who wanted a nice compact tractor. When doing business with Capital Tractor I felt like I was the most important customer they had. I cannot recommend Drew and Capital Tractor enough, they went above and beyond and have earned a loyal customer who will share my positive experiences with anyone potential customer I know.
