Service- It's Tough to Find Better!
The folks at Capital Tractor know that without great service there's little to differentiate us from any other dealership. That's why we invest each year in factory training for our technicians and purchase all the latest tools needed to keep today's advanced machines up and running. Our Greenwich store offers a full in-shop service, road service, trucking as well as tire repair service*.
We Know if We Don't Keep Up, We'll Be Left Behind!
Tractors and equipment, much like cars and trucks, have become more and more sophisticated. This is true not only of New Holland machines, but also Caterpillar, Bobcat, Case, CaseIH, John Deere, Kubota, Massey Ferguson and just about any manufacturer wishing to compete in today's marketplace. Long gone are the days when you could trust a shade tree mechanic to fix your late-model machine. Just in the past few years our industry has seen the emergence of cleaner burning diesel engines in large equipment that require a laptop computer for proper diagnosis and repair. These types of advances necessitate the employment of trained mechanics who embrace the technology in today's machines, rather than be intimidated by it.
Yet Some Things Never Change...
No matter how complex things get, there's one thing that we won't allow to change- customers come first! This philosophy has served us well for the better part of fifty years, and remains with us to this day. We are still the same Capital Tractor that has proud roots in agricultural equipment, the same family-owned business that has battled through times good and bad, and the same company that generations of farmers, contractors and consumers have grown to count on.
Our Service Department continues to perform repairs and maintenance to every conceivable machine Ford or New Holland ever built, including the seemingly endless number of Ford 8N's, Ford 4500 backhoes, 5000 tractors, A62 wheel loaders, 273 balers, 451 sickle bar mowers, the list goes on and on. You'll never here us say "we don't work on those anymore" if it was built by Ford or New Holland!
So in these times when some businesses hesitate to answer a technical question for fear that it might cost them a repair job, Capital Tractor continues to not only answer your questions by phone, but we look for even more ways to serve you. Our new Ask a Tech program is an example of this commitment. Just click on the service request form link and you can email us technical questions. All we ask is that you complete the form in as much detail as possible and we'll get back with you as soon as possible.
Capital Tractor is constantly looking for better ways to serve you both online and in person. If you have a comment on a recent experience with Capital Tractor or you have any thoughts or suggestions regarding our website, please click our survey link- your feedback is appreciated!
