At Capital Tractor we do more than just “sell” equipment. We’re specialists. Our staff is trained to help customers buy the right equipment for the job- after all, tractors and equipment aren’t “one size fits all”. Even the financing of the type of equipment we sell requires a degree of expertise.  That's right, a lot of banks don't offer equipment financing, but through CNH Capital we have the resources at hand to match a payment plan to each buyer's particular needs.  After all, agricultural and construction equipment is all we do- you won’t find string trimmers, four wheelers, walk behind mowers or snowmobiles at our stores, because we know that we can’t be everything to everybody.  And selling equipment just isn't the same as selling cars and trucks- just about everybody needs a car, but how many people really buy tractor and equipment?  Not enough for us to be able to afford to alienate even a single one, that's for sure.

One more thing you won’t find in our Greenwich store- three or four different tractor and construction equipment lines! We learned a long time ago that selling, stocking parts and providing service on a “rainbow” of colors benefits nobody, especially the customer. So it was a conscious decision to choose New Holland as our main supplier, and we haven’t looked back, despite being approached by numerous other manufacturers.

When it comes to implements and attachments you won’t see the low-quality rotary cutters, post hole diggers, blades and tillers seen at the “Big Box” merchants. If we sell something, it’s because we believe that it is safe to use, of high quality high and that parts are available. Someone once said “the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten”. At Capital Tractor we refuse to sell any equipment we wouldn’t be proud to own ourselves. Equipment, unlike many other things people purchase, is expected to have a long service life. We’re in this business for the long haul, and want to be sure our customers return again and again with the knowledge that what they purchase will meet or exceed their expectations.
